These Terms govern your use of AOMS.pk (the "Service") provided by Maati Tech Private Limited. By creating an account you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and your law office.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. The office owner is responsible for the users they add and for the permissions they grant. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
2. Plans and payment
The Free plan is provided at no charge with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in Pakistani Rupees. Payments are made by bank transfer or mobile wallet and a plan is activated after we verify the payment. Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
3. Expiry and downgrade
If a paid plan is not renewed, your office moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted; if you are above Free limits you can view and export your records but may not be able to add new ones until you upgrade or reduce usage.
4. Your data
You own the data you enter. You grant us permission to host, process and back it up solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to store your clients' information and for complying with your professional duties of confidentiality.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service — for example by attempting to access other offices' data, probing or disrupting our systems, uploading malware, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. AI assistant and legal content
The AI assistant, legal guides and drafting templates are aids for research and drafting. They are not legal advice and may be incomplete or out of date. You remain solely responsible for your professional judgment, for verifying the law and for any document you file or send.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, missed dates or deadlines, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts at Lahore shall have jurisdiction.
