Case management built for Pakistani courts
Replace the paper case diary, loose files and WhatsApp reminders with one digital case file. AOMS keeps the court, case number, parties, FIR details, stage, next date, documents, fees and every note together — so you, your associates and your clerk always know exactly where a matter stands.
One complete file for every matter
Create a case in under a minute and link it to the client. Record the court and bench, case number and year, case type and category, the opposite party and their counsel, and for criminal matters the FIR number, police station and offence sections.
Everything that happens afterwards — hearings, outcomes, documents, invoices, payments, tasks and notes — is attached to the same case, so the full history is one click away when you are standing in court.
- Civil, criminal, family, rent, service, banking, tax, constitutional and custom case types
- Case stages you can rename to match your practice
- Opposite party and opposite counsel tracking
- FIR, police station and sections for criminal cases
- Case status from new and active through hearing and judgment to closed and archived
Hearings and next dates that never slip
Add the next date the moment it is given. The hearing appears on the office calendar, on the dashboard and in the daily cause list, and reminders go out before the day. After the hearing, record what happened and the next date in one step.
Built for teamwork — with the right access
Assign cases to associates and clerks. Roles and permissions control who can see fees, edit cases or delete records, and every change is written to the activity log with the user and time.
Find anything instantly
Search across cases by title, case number, party name or FIR number from anywhere in the app. Filter by court, status, stage, category or assigned lawyer, and export any list to CSV or a clean PDF report.
Case Management — questions
Can I import my existing cases?
Yes. Download the CSV template from Import & Export, fill it in Excel or Google Sheets, and upload it. Clients, cases, contacts and courts can all be imported.
Can my clerk see case fees?
Only if you allow it. Billing permissions are separate from case permissions, so a clerk can manage hearings without seeing fees or invoices.
Is there a limit on cases?
The Free plan includes 50 cases and Professional includes 300. Closed cases stay in your records.
